January Assembly 2015
Each month Mr. Walsh holds a Junior Assembly and a Senior assembly. This is an opportunity for us to celebrate our achievements with other classes. Each Mount Sion boy is encouraged to identify personal goals and to work hard to achieve them. These achievements are recognised in these assemblies.
Roots of Empathy
Roots of Empathy is a programme that room 21 are participating in Ms. Browne comes to talk to us every Wednesday and Baby Noe and his parents come to our class every third week. We learn how his parents take care of him and how we can take care of each other. Check out our pictures.
Long Division
5th class are learning the long division method at the moment. Click read more to see how to do it!
5th Class Go Cycling
Room 21 had their first practical cycling lesson today. It was so much fun and we learned how to do a bike safety check, go around sharp turns and how to signal when turning left or right.

Our Carol Service
Our Carol Service was a huge success again this year. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and dedication.
The Mount Sion Christmas Raffle 2014
The pupil's prizes were raffled in Mount Sion today. We had lots to give away and there were lots of very happy boys. The main raffle will take place in the club this Sunday. Best of luck to everyone and a huge thanks for your continued support.
The 5th Class Egg Armour Challenge!
Each boy was given the task to design armour for an egg. They had to ensure that the egg would not break when dropped from a metre height. The 5th class boys are very creative and used their Science, Maths and Engineering skills to come up with a prototype.
